With over 25 years in hospitality, I’ve worked in luxury hotels, acclaimed restaurants, + private homes across the U.S. My career has taken me coast to coast—collaborating with James Beard-nominated chefs and refining my craft in a wide range of kitchens and styles.
I’ve had the honor of being featured in both the Zagat Guide and the Michelin Guide, and my work has been reviewed in publications in California and France.
My cooking is rooted in seasonality, a deep reverence for thoughtful hospitality and the exposure to other foods and cultures through my travels. I pride myself on getting to know clients and developing long-lasting relationships.
I love putting my amassed knowledge of food, wine, and hospitality to good use.
